Workflow

1. Create Plan

bpsai-pair plan new <slug> --type feature --title "Title"

2. Add Tasks

Break into 1-2 day units with acceptance criteria.

3. Sync to Trello

# Sync to Planned/Ready (recommended for sprints)

4. Execute Tasks
