To install this skill into an agent host — AgentOS, Claude Code, an SDK agent, a container — the host must expose this variable to the agent process before the skill runs. The skill declares it in frontmatter (
metadata.agentos.requires.env), so a host that supports requirement gating will mark the skill Setup required until it is set.

API Key Resolution
CAP_API_KEY is read from the environment only. This skill has no credentials file.

- Migrating from a credentials file: earlier versions of this skill stored the key in plaintext at

1. Get Wallet Balance

If provided, the deployer pays for launch + initial buy, then ownership is auto-transferred to this recipient right after deploy. If transfer fails (handle unresolvable, RPC issue, etc.), the deploy still succeeds and the response sets

Image handling
If the user wants a token image, they must provide a public HTTPS URL (Imgur, Cloudflare, etc.). Pass it as
imageUrl. If the user sends an image attachment without a URL in text, ask them to upload it to a hosting service and share the direct link.

Order Type Disambiguation (CRITICAL — read before Swap/Limit/TWAP/DCA)
Four products — do not confuse them:
- Swap (§4) — immediate market buy/sell, no conditions.
- Limit Order (§9) — price-triggered ("at $X", "when price reaches/drops to"). Covers stop losses and stop buys too, via
— there is no separate stop-order product.triggerCondition - DCA (§21) — a recurring schedule on a calendar cadence (hourly/daily/weekly), a fixed amount each run, no price condition, can be paused/resumed, runs open-ended (or until an end date / execution cap). - TWAP (§12) — split a known total amount across a bounded window in fixed intervals, with price protection (

Decision priority (first match wins):
- Explicit keyword: "twap" → TWAP; "dca"/"dollar cost average" → DCA; "limit order"/"stop loss"/"stop order"/"take profit" → Limit.
- Price condition ("at $X", "when it hits $X", "if it drops below $X", "if it breaks above $X") → Limit. Then pick

Burn Tokens
Triggers: burn, burn token, burn tokens, destroy tokens
Burning is a transfer to the standard burn address
0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD (see Reference Tables). Follow the same Pre-Transfer flow, plus a two-message confirmation (REQUIRED):
- First message — ask only: "This will permanently burn {amount} {symbol}. Reply 'confirm' to proceed." Do NOT call the transfer endpoint in this turn.
- Wait for the user to send a separate, subsequent message with an explicit affirmative ("confirm", "yes", "proceed"). The original burn request does NOT count as confirmation.
- Only on that follow-up message: execute
with the burn address.POST /api/orbs/transfer
If the user replies with anything else (new request, question, ambiguous text), abort the burn and do NOT execute.
6. Get Token Rewards (Clanker or Liquid)

Omitting
triggerCondition falls back to the legacy mapping (SELL→ABOVE, BUY→BELOW), which is wrong for stop orders. If the fallback would fire at the current market price, the API rejects the request with "Order would trigger immediately" — that is the signal you forgot triggerCondition. If the token's price cannot be fetched at all, the API refuses to guess and asks for triggerCondition outright.
Percentage Targets
expectedPrice also accepts a signed percentage offset from the current market price, resolved server-side at creation:

The sign is mandatory — a bare

Never substitute one for the other (e.g. don't quote/buy a TWAP in native ETH when the user asked for WETH, and vice versa). If the wallet balance lists only one of them, resolve the other's balance explicitly via Resolve Balance before deciding it's unavailable.
For any other symbol, resolve via wallet balance or Resolve Tokens API. For non-Base chains, use the Chain Registry addresses.
