Extract Terms and Generate a Simplified Summary

Legal agencies and compliance teams use this pipeline to process vendor or partner terms — extracting key clauses like liability limits, termination conditions, and data handling provisions, then generating a plain-language summary for non-legal stakeholders.

APIs Used

Document Extraction (1 credit per page), Document Generation (2 credits/request)

Prerequisites

You need an Iteration Layer API key. Get one at platform.iterationlayer.com — free trial credits included, no credit card required.

Extract key clauses from the terms document at [file URL], then generate a plain-language summary. Use the extract_document tool with these fields:
