Overview
Claims lifecycle in ClaimCenter: First Notice of Loss (FNOL), investigation, reserve setting, payment processing, and settlement.

FNOL -> Investigation -> Reserve -> Payment -> Settlement -> Close
Instructions
Step 1: Create Claim (FNOL)
