About upskilling civil servants

Innovation was not always recognized as being part of the job of the public sector. Civil servants are often unfamiliar with the methods and techniques we associate with innovation. UNDP’s Accelerator Labs and Chief Digital Office have accumulated substantial experience in helping Global South governments acquire and hone such skills.
