Funnel Mapping Process

  1. Define the specific events that mark each stage transition for YOUR product (not generic)
  2. Identify the conversion rate between each adjacent stage
  3. Find the biggest drop-off -- this is your constraint
  4. Pick the OMTM -- the metric at the stage with the biggest drop-off or highest leverage
